Terms of Service

By accessing or using SimRoam (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

SimRoam is an eSIM marketplace that allows you to purchase and activate eSIM data plans for use while travelling internationally. We act as a reseller of eSIM plans sourced from global network operators.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• One person may maintain only one account.

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge your payment method.
• eSIM plans are activated immediately upon successful payment. Delivery is digital (QR code via email).
• Plans are non-transferable between devices unless technically supported by the plan type.

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products:

• Unused plans: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been installed or activated.
• Activated plans: No refunds once an eSIM has been activated on a device.
• Technical failures: If we are unable to provision your eSIM due to a system error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
• To request a refund, contact support@simroam.com with your order ID.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds for incompatible devices. Check your device manufacturer's documentation or contact us at support@simroam.com before purchasing if unsure.

Coverage maps and network speeds are provided for informational purposes only. Actual coverage depends on local network conditions, device capability, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific speeds, signal strength, or uninterrupted service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or transfer purchased eSIM plans without our written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or create accounts under false pretences.

Our agency programme is governed by separate Partner Terms. By applying to become an agency partner, you agree to those additional terms. Commission rates and payout schedules are set out in the Partner Terms and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

All content on SimRoam — including the name, logo, design, text, and software — is owned by SimRoam or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimRoam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or site notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
