  • Communications: emails or support messages you send us.

  • Process payments and deliver eSIM plans.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).

  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for EEA/UK data transfers.
